Rare example of Tarja Niskanen's trademark vertical striped leather as a sheepskin gilet (her mink coats are more well known) from the early 80s.

Made of thin strips of leather and sheepskin, painstakingly sewn together to create her signature vertical stripes in very dark brown (almost black on the leather) and chestnut brown.

Has two front pockets that are double lined and features Tarja Niskanen's name woven in the fabric- are more unique way to add a brand label!
